INDIANAPOLIS – Indy IT Professionals is continuing its rapid growth by moving its headquarters to a 4,400 square foot facility in Fishers. The move enables the company to increase the growth of its network operations centers and managed services capabilities. The new location will also be home to a training facility to provide monthly computer and software training for Indy IT clients.

“Indy IT Professionals rapid growth necessitated the expansion.” said Tom Wagenhauser, President. “At the same time, we believe our growing presence can benefit Fishers and Hamilton County by drawing more economic attention to the area.”

One of the company’s notable plans is to launch a technology micro-incubator in the second half of 2012.

“While Indy IT Professionals will occupy the entire second floor of the facility, the four suites on the first floor will be made available for entrepreneurs seeking a collective and nurturing environment to build their businesses,” said Wagenhauser. “Our goal is to increase awareness of Fishers, Indiana as a dynamic place to cultivate opportunities for technological growth.”

The company also plans to use the space to provide training opportunities on entrepreneurism and mentoring to help businesses succeed. Current schedules call for speakers to appear bi-monthly.

As part of the acquisition, Indy IT Professionals will continue providing services to existing clients of Network Security Services. In addition, Network Security Services president, Todd Tompkins, will join Indy IT Professionals as its Vice President of IT Solutions.

“Network Security Services has an established base of engineering, manufacturing, and not-for-profit clients,” said Tom Wagenhauser, President of Indy IT Professionals. “By acquiring Network Security Services, Indy IT Professionals significantly increases its share of the Indianapolis IT provider space.”

Network Security Services was established in 2003. Wagenhauser said the purchase of Network Security Services further solidifies Indy IT Professionals as Central Indiana’s premiere IT solutions provider for non-profits, engineering firms, and manufacturing. The acquisition also better positions Indy IT Professionals to capitalize on the rapid growth of outsourced IT.
